The Ink city pourpose is to give you a clear impression of the huge amount of typography around us. The starting point was an image of New York, Times Square. I redesigned in Illustrator the whole image, I reproduce palaces, shops, cars, some people, including logos and brands. I started to animate it in After Effects to give the sensation of ink drip: the final result is an ink flood! The inspiration has been a video of Studio Smack, Kapitaal.
